High Cascade Repeater

Text Box: The High Cascade site provides good  FM coverage over the Willamette Valley on the 70cm band. The site is a high elevation location in the Cascade Mountains southeast of Portland Oregon. The site has emergency power. 70cm -  442.925 MHZ +5.0 offset  input tone 107.2 - callsign  WB7DZG /R This repeater is currently under test operation as an unlinked system. Plans for the future include linking it to the WORC system utilizing a newer technology RF link. It will then also be linked to the Evergreen Intertie. Proven coverage from this site is as far south in the valley as Corvallis. Signal reports from other areas are welcomed. This repeater may be relocated if a better site is found. 11-13-2009
